On April 29, the company held a special meeting for liquid ammonia extraction in the hydrogen ammonia workshop, conducted scientific demonstration and analysis on the current design capacity and equipment status of the ammonia synthesis plant, and worked out the production test plan.
After the formulation of the plan, relevant departments actively cooperate with the equipment manufacturers and technicians to diagnose the equipment, so as to ensure the safety and smooth progress of production test. In order to improve the synthetic air intake, the hydrogen and nitrogen compressors were replaced by three, and the air intake gradually increased from 7300m 3/h to 9000m 3/h. In order to reduce the outlet temperature of the ammonia cooler, improve the separation effect of liquid ammonia in the synthesis system and stabilize the pressure of the system, two ice machines were operated in the synthesis section, which changed the problem that was greatly affected by the rising temperature. Workshop managers lead the staff carefully operation, strict operation procedure and the control technology index, fill in equipment running records, inspection on time, did it for devices running state timely tracking and statistics, in the production of mastered the valuable experimental data at the same time, gradually raise again for the future production and safety production has laid a solid foundation.
With our joint efforts, on May 13, the hydrogen ammonia workshop produced 75.81 tons of liquid ammonia daily, a record high.
